BUSINESS POLICIES

1. Prices are subject to change without notice or obligation.

2. All sales from this website are limited to qualified resellers. No sales to individuals. Purchasers of any products to be shipped to addresses in South Carolina must supply a valid SC Reseller Sales Tax Exemption certificate number before shipment can be made.

3. Drop shipments are subject to vendors' freight and handling fees, which will be in addition to the item price. Adjustments to the amounts to be charged to your card will be made, and you will be notified by phone, fax, or email of the corrected amount. If you need merchandise drop shipped, please add a note in the Comment section of the order form and contact us by phone or fax to confirm.

4. Special Orders are no problem! Custom printed items and other items not stocked by our warehouse are available. Special Order items are not returnable and orders for them may not be changed or cancelled, once placed.

5. All sales for Blank Banners are final and the items cannot be returned. We cut and make ready your order and ship the same business day it's received, if possible. Therefore, we cannot change your order once it's placed. Warranty on banners is limited to the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material itself.

6. Return Policy. We must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7 days of order receipt. Returns must have a RMA number, and returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving authorization to return. Please call to obtain the RMA number. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

7. There are no expressed or implied warranties beyond the warranties stated by the product manufacturers.

8. Orders placed by noon are shipped the same day! (Eastern time on a business day)

Box 352, Ignacio, CO 81137, is the site developer of MNDesignsInc.com and has produced proprietary software and custom images for use on this site licensed to MN Designs, Inc. Advanced Digital Media remains the intellectual property rights holder for content created by Advanced Digital Media, and MN Designs remains the intellectual property rights holder of content produced for the Site by MN Designs. Advanced Digital Media and MN Designs vigorously protect their intellectual property rights.

3. MN Designs provides this website for a means to communicate with the public and our customers. Any material, ideas or data collected become the property of MN Designs and/or Advanced Digital Media and may be used by MN Designs and Advanced Digital Media without liability. This provision does not apply to items covered by our privacy policy.
